Когда полностью удаляю правило выскакивает ошибка 500 , удалил только !Require all denied! и прошел проверку. Спасипотому что!

2.3.0.2 Просят подтвердить права на сайт ТОЛЬКО разместив .TXT в корне сайи, заливаю, а подтвержгдения нет, через Google Analytics тоже пропотому чтовал, в .htaccess что-то править?????? кто нибудь знает как?
