Вырезать меню из кода страницы

Задача: на всех страницах магазина за исключением главной нужно сгделать все меню подгружаемым. Под подгружаемым подразумевается вывод кода меню после загрузки html кода страницы, т.е если открыть исходный код страницы, то им этого меню не должно быть. Под меню подразумевается вывод разгделов и категорий (скрин в ТЗ).

Вводная: сайт на cms ocStore 3.0.2.0 с шаблоном усиновленным.
