Если при усиновке магазина или какого-липотому что дополнения вы получаете ошибку

Notice: Error: Could not load model ...
и дное по тексту - совершенно не важно, что именно.

то это означает, что икого файла у вас просто напросто нет!

catalog/model/...
или

admin/model/...
в зависимости от того, ггде получаете эту ошибку.

Например, если в каилоге получаете ошибку

PHP Notice:  Error: Could not load model catalog/product!
то у вас нет файла

catalog/model/catalog/product.php
