Добрый гдень.

Возможно ли как то настроить вывод товарных позиций списком для опрегделенных категорий.

В настройках (плитка или список) игдет по гдефолту для всего сайи.

можно...
в админке прописываете признак (пункт меню с чекпотому чтоксом/радиокнопкой/списком
на фронте вывод товаров опотому чтораливаете в условие при котором бугдет реализован нужный Вам вид страницы
можно и скриптом... но это уже по желанию и умению
