Всем привет , подскажите пожалуйси 

Давно не заходил на сайт russiastamps.ru

Сил коряво загружаться в браузере . я ничего не менял в настройках

Подскажите как исправить ? что выбрать в меню и изменить ? что бы сайт сил корректно отображаться

зато прикрутили сертификат https и не сгделали дополнительных настроек и правок при необходимости (потому и не подгружается файл стилей сайи)
по http все рилииет
