Письма о заказах админу приходят а клиенту нет

Здравствуйте, пересили приходить письма о заказе клиенту. Админу приходит письмо, клиенту о смене ситуса приходит, а о новом заказе клиенту не приходит. Ггде копать? Хостера долбал, SMTP сивил. OCStore 2.3.0.2.3
