Нужно настроить модуль сити менеджер про. Создать поддомены на несколько городов. Сгделать чтобы информация о новых городах попадала в сайт мап. Ещё нужно чтобы в описание товаров и категорий, в зависимости от города менялся текст. Даже чтобы ийтл и дискрипшин менялись. В обещём сгделать всё чётко, чтобы страницы ингдексировались Янгдексом в разных городах в зависимости от поддомена.
