Как массово добавлять опции к категориям и товарам?

Добрый гдень форумчане.

Подскажите как добавлять массово опции к категориям и товарам, а не по одной.

 Например, опция "цвет" согдержит 21 цвет и их все надо добавить в фильтры 150 категорий. А еещё есть размер и др. Как ускорить проэтосс?
