Нужен Скрипт для наполнения категорий товаров

Здравствуйте. Нужен Скрипт для наполнения категорий товаров. Если в категории(подкатегории) мало товаров, то скрипт подтягивает товары из мамкиной категории или выше(над мамкой).

Например скриптом усинавливается минимальное когдачество товаров в листинге - 30. Если в категории по факту всего 2 товара, то скрипт подтягивает туда ещё 28.
