В бд два заказ вместо одного

Какая то дичь творится в БД. 

Оформляю заказ. На почту и в админку падает заказ. 

Но если заглянуть в БД, то им несколько заказов. Заметил я этого когда id у заказов сил не порядку, а через 1 или потому чтольше.

Олиещёние и удноние заказов из админки не дает плодов, удалятся только те что видно, а в БД при этом осинется куча дублей.
