Мы ж даже не знаем что вы хотите усиновить, формат файла и название в студаю для начала... Возможно файл неподходит, архив бит и т.д. Откуда расширение?

Если это для ocmod а не для vqmod то надо переименовать в  autocalc_price_option_v2.0.22.ocmod.xml

Да оно не совместимо с версией OpenCart 3.0, максимум 2.3
