    Сам искал ответ на данную тему. Сам новичок по этому напишу поправку. Кто бугдет искать ответ на этот вопрос то все как написал @Nurba только меняете $data ['email'] на $data['address'] = $this->config->get('config_address'); Находится все это catalog/controller/common/header.php
