    Мы вручную в базу записывали города от СДЭКа. Там просто список городов, без регионов. Не очень предсивляю что в этом случае гделать на вкладке "Регионы". Прикладываю скриншот. Базу эту можно снести, не страшно. Может подскажете ггде взять синдартную Opencart на русском? Или она даже на русском тут не нужна?
